Our company d.i.m industries llc (which ComiGirl falls under) was incorporated in the State of Florida on August 14, 2007. In September of 2009 we were issued a business license as a web design and publishing office. We were issued our online retailer license from the state of Florida in August of 2011. All of this is public information and can be found in the state of Florida databases.

100% Authentic 

We are collectors too. We have spent thousands of dollars on our private collection, and have gone out of our way to ensure that it is 100% authentic. Spending hard earned money on bootlegs which are worthless just doesn’t make since. We bring that same passion to our online store. Every item we have in stock has been researched and is purchased directly from official and licensed distributors only. We also do not use a drop shipping service, which means every item in our store is received, inspected, and shipped by us. This guarantees that all of the items we sell are up to our standards.

Always Brand New & Unused

All of our merchandise is shipped exactly the way we received it from the manufacturers. That means that most (not all) accessories, apparel, and plush items will arrive to you in plastic bags.

Security

Q: How secure is your site?

A: We run the latest security patches, software, and updates. We host our site on a dedicated server, which has a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate installed. This provides us with a secondary layer of protection and encryption.

Pre-Orders

Q: What is your pre-order policy?

A: We do not collect any financial information until pre-orders are ready to ship. Once in stock, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions. You will have five business days to pay for the item, if we do not receive payment within that time frame your pre-order will be canceled and you will have to place a new order for the item(s). Please note that the product(s) may sell out before you can place your new order.

Q: What are the benefits of pre-ordering an item?

A: Many of the goods we sell are limited. Pre-ordering increases your chances of receiving these limited goods, especially if allocation should occur. Pre-orders are filled on a first come first served basis.

Please note that pre-order arrival dates are estimates only, and can change at any time. We will notify you of any changes or cancellations as soon as they are communicated to us by the manufacturer.

Q: What are special orders?

A: Special orders are items that we do not currently have in stock but can request from our distributors. Contact us if you are interested in a special order, and we will check its availability with our distributors.

Payments

Q: Is My Payment Information Safe?

A: Yes! We never store your payment information on our site. All payments are handled through our payment gateway: PayPal. PayPal is a well known and trusted payment processor. They have the resources and security measures to ensure that your financial information is always kept safe.

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept all major credit cards, and debit cards. You can also pay using your PayPal account. We do not accept checks or cash.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: We are located in the State of Florida, any orders sent within the State will be subject to Florida sales tax.

Shipping

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: All packages are shipped via USPS.

Q: How long will it take to receive my shipment?

A: All in stock items leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected and where you reside. East coast shipments should arrive within 2-3 business days, while West coast shipments may take up to 5 business days to arrive.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico excluded). International shipping is on a case by case basis, please contact us before placing an order to see what shipping arrangements can be made, failing to do so will result in immediate order cancellation.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Yes. All orders placed with us will be shipped with a tracking number.

Q: What if my shipment is lost or damaged?

A: We do not include insurance for orders shipped via first class mail, any lost or damaged goods will be the buyers responsibility. Parcel, Media, Priority, and Express shipments include insurance, any lost or damaged items will be covered by the carrier.

Returns

Q: What if I change my mind/don’t like the product.

A: We have an excellent 14 day return policy. Any unopened, unused item* can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item. Simply contact us, and wait to receive a RMA number before returning the merchandise. Make sure to include the RMA number with your return, failing to do so may result in a restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

We will process your refund (minus shipping costs and any applicable credit card fees) once we receive the merchandise. We will contact you as soon as the refund is initiated by us. Please keep in mind that it may take a couple of days for your financial institution to release the funds back into your account.

Please note this policy is void if the seal on any package has been tampered with.

*For safety reasons, Plushies, Hats, Undergarments, and glassware (this includes any kitchen food items)  are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.

Q: What if I receive the wrong item?

A: Notify us immediately, and we will arrange for you to return the item at our cost. We will ship the correct item to you at our own expense.

Q: What if the item arrives to me damaged?

A: We go through great lengths to assure that all items are in good condition when they leave our warehouse. We also make sure to package all items with the greatest care. If a package arrives to you damaged do not discard the packing box, and contact the carrier immediately. They are responsible for items that are damaged in transit. Damages will be covered by the shipping insurance.
