Jennifer’s Body will be in theaters September 18, 2009 and stars Megan Fox, Needy Lesnicky, Chip Dove, and Nikolai Wolf.

On his blog Jimmy Palmiotti confirms that Megan Fox will be playing Leila in the Jonah Hex movie. Mega will be co-staring with Josh Brolin (Jonah Hex) and John Malkovich (Turnbull). The movie will be directed by Jimmy Hayward (Horton Hears A Who)

Megan Fox is going to play Aspen Matthews in the Fox Atomic adaptation of Michael Turner’s Fathom. Jordan Mechner (designer of the Prince of Persia video game) is writing the script. Michael Turner who passed away last June will still be credited as executive producer. Aspen Comics’ current President Frank Mastromauro is also is an executive producer.

Fathom is the story of Aspen Matthews, an Olympic gold medalist until a drug controversy causes her to be stripped of her metal. Always drawn to the water Aspen becomes a marine biologist, who discovers that she is part of an underwater race.
