Variety is reporting that a Three Musketeers reboot is in the works.
Lionel Wigram (who worked on Guy Ritchie’s remake of Sherlock Homes) is producing the film and has hired Peter Straughan to update the story to appeal to a more contemporary audience.
…and expect this news to result in a Three Musketeers trilogy. Alexandre Dumas told the story in three novels: The Three Musketeers, Twenty Years After, The Vicomte de Bragalonne.

You know I love this story right! Too funny that the last time my cousin T came over he brought the version above with him- I can’t think of that movie without hearing Bryan Adams singing ;)
