The Hollywood Reporter has some exciting DC Movie News!
In the fall, Warner Brothers quietly hired three of DC’s biggest writers: Geoff Johns, Grant Morrison and Marv Wolfman to act as consultants and writers for their DC Super Hero Movie line.
Geoff Johns has worked up a new treatment for Flash which is being written by Dan Mazeau. He will also act as a producer on the project.
Warner Brothers is keeping the projects that Morrison and Wolfman are working on under wraps for now.
The studio is currently taking pitches for an Adam Strange movie.
Leonardo DiCaprio and his Appian Way shingle are set to produce an Aquaman movie.
Also in the works are a Bizarro Superman movie being written by David Howard and Robert Gordon (Galaxy Quest) ; two Green Arrow movies (an origin story and a prison-set one titled Super Max); and Shazam which Pete Segal is set to direct.
