Last night’s Super Bowl ads were dominated by trailer teasers. All the trailers, with the exception of Captain America and Super 8, have been on our site for a while. Below are the Super Bowl spots along with links to the full length trailers (which run 2 minutes verses the Super Bowl’s 30 seconds).

Transformers: Dark of The Moon stars Shia LaBeouf, Tyrese Gibson, Frances McDormand, John Malkovich, and Ken Jeong. It will be in theaters on July 1, 2011. Trailer Here

Based on Tokyopop’s popular manga Priest tell the story of a legendary Warrior Priest from the last Vampire War now lives in obscurity among the other downtrodden human inhabitants in walled-in dystopian cities ruled by the Church. When his niece is abducted by a murderous pack of vampires, Priest breaks his sacred vows to venture out on an obsessive quest to find her before they turn her into one of them. He is joined on his crusade by his niece’s boyfriend, a trigger-fingered young wasteland sheriff, and a former Warrior Priestess who possesses otherworldly fighting skills.

This is one of the many films that was scheduled to be released in 2010, until the studio decided to push back the release date, and give the film 3d treatment. I have no intention of paying extra to see the 3D version, I will however be in line to see it in 2D opening weekend.

This movie looks horribly cliqued, but I am sure there are Christina Aguilera fans out there that are looking forward to seeing it (I am not one of them) so here it is…

Ali is a small-town girl with a big voice who escapes hardship and an uncertain future to follow her dreams to LA. After stumbling upon The Burlesque Lounge, a majestic but ailing theater that is home to an inspired musical revue, Ali lands a job as a cocktail waitress from Tess, the club’s proprietor and headliner. Burlesque’s outrageous costumes and bold choreography enrapture the young ingenue, who vows to perform there one day. Soon enough, Ali builds a friendship with a featured dancer, finds an enemy in a troubled, jealous performer and garners the affection of Jack, a bartender and fellow musician. With the help of a sharp-witted stage manager and gender-bending host, Ali makes her way from the bar to the stage. Her spectacular voice restores The Burlesque Lounge to its former glory, though not before a charismatic entrepreneur arrives with an enticing proposal.

Priest was supposed to be released this year, but as with a lot of movies recently its release was pushed back so the movie could receive 3D treatment…it will now be in theaters on May 13, 2011.
