With John’s social life at a standstill and his ex-wife about to get remarried, a down on his luck divorcee finally meets the woman of his dreams, only to discover she has another man in her life, her 21-year-old son, who will go to any length to protect her and is not ready to share his mother with anyone. John and Cyrus soon find themselves locked in a battle of wits for the woman they love. Only one of them can be left standing when it’s over.
Cyrus is direct by Mark and Jay Duplass and stars John C. Reilly, Jonah Hill, Marisa Tomei, and Catherine Keener. It will be in theaters later this year.
