Columbia Pictures has postponed the released date to Spider-Man 4 to 2012, and have decided to go in a new direction with the franchise.
The new untitled version will focus on Peter Parker as a teen. Neither Sam Raimi nor Tobey Maguire are attached to the new version of the movie. An announcement naming a new director is expected soon.
